Just heard Sir has crossed the bar
I'm sure he was a two ringer on Lowie when I was onboard
He went on to command HMS Raleigh and after he was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer last year he did a 30 mile swim for charity

I have no record from the Navy List that Cdre Brokenshire served in Lowestoft, but he may have been onboard temporarily as he was a (Schoolie) Training Management Specialist and has no sea service listed on any ships/submarines although he seems to have qualified for his 'Dolphins'.
