"Wot,no Airlocks on the Lowie!!!!"
Richyfish joined the Association back in 2012 and served twice in Lowie 77-80 & 81-83.
Joined RN Aug 74. Dryad 75 for S(R) course then Londonderry for 9 months before joining Norfolk.
Joined Mercury end of 76 as Fleet Navs Yeo. Did 2 commissions on Lowestoft. 77 - 80 as an AB(R) (thats where I got the name 'The Fish' - thank you Tom Burke!) then Killicks course at Dryad.
Rejoined Lowestoft 81 - 83 as LS(R). Drafted to the FIPV Protector for 7 months as CBM after the Falklands War then back to Dryad for PO course.
Joined Boxer 86 - 89 then after a short period at Dryad joined Northwood for 2 1/2 years. Drafted to Sheffield as CPO(R) 92 but left after 9 months (I got caught - no touching rule is a nightmare!). Kept a low profile in Dryad for a year then joined Cornwall for my last sea draft 95 - 98. Left RN July 98.
