    Ensign Jim Shepherd

We have been informed that Jim Shepherd who served onboard as a TAS(UC) during the 1964-1967 commission 'crossed the bar' last December.
Jim worked in the Cook Trainer at Dryad with myself and Frenchy De la Haye during the 1981-1983 era when he was a Chief TASI and was a pleasure to work with as he had a great sense of humour as well as being a true professional.
We renewed our friendship a number of times at various Lowie reunions.
Our condolences go to his daughter Susan.

RIP Jim......Click image for larger version.
